A unique cooperation
After many years of close cooperation it has finally happened. Speciaalbouw Zierikzee, better known as SBZ, and Unisol-Paneel are forming a consortium. SBZ is moving to Lasso 13 in Roelofarendsveen and will therefore be able to use the production space of Unisol-Paneel.
New website
Unisol's website has undergone a refreshing update. Now supplemented with technical data, colour charts and links to various additional sources of technical data. In short, a whole new site where you can find all the relevant information.

Own transport
Unisol-Paneel has taken control of its transport problem. These extremely efficient trucks enable is to be extremely flexible in meeting the requirements of the customer. With the trailer of well over 11 metres Unisol is already the panels it produces quickly and expertly to the required work site. The full combination was supplied by AKRO Leiderdorp.
Packing machine
The latest Unisol acquisition is a fully automatic packing "line". The panels are packed, or more precisely wrapped, fully automatically. This is done with a transparent stretch film which wraps around the stack from start to end. The result is a very elegant packing material, rigid, watertight, neutral or labelled with your own logo.
New revolving door
Unisol has added a new revolving door to its supply range. In addition to the existing flush door a semi-recessed door is now available. A new aluminium edge profile has been developed especially for this door. Again with very clever details such as those you have been used to from us. The frame / window-frame has also been updated. This is now completely of anodised aluminium, there is a built-in chamber for edge heating, and it is extremely easy to assemble "blind".
Special projects
Royal van Lent
Royal van Lent, for years a leader in luxury yacht building, commissioned Unisol-Paneel to design an efficient office with changing room and sanitary installations. In cooperation with Royal van Lent we came up with a highly efficient design which excels in terms of its functionality. Unisol supplied and assembled everything from a to z.

J.J. Boers construction company
The Boers Construction Company in Hazerswoude approached Unisol to build a central heating boiler house to replace the present boiler house serving a number of flats. Constructed with 80 mm fire-resistant panels, insulated floor and roof, the boiler house was delivered and installed directly on the work site.

Fire retardant rockwool panels
Finally, in cooperation with Rockwool Nederland, Unisol has developed its 60, 80 and 100 mm rockwool panel to produce an end result we can be proud of. Below you will find a survey of the results. Suitable both as a partition and as a façade. The 120 mm panel will also b tested shortly.
The following panels are now available:
60mm Unisol rockwool panel: 37 min. fire retardation.
80mm Unisol rockwool panel: 62 min. fire retardation.
100mm Unisol rockwool panel: 96 min. fire retardation.
120mm Unisol rockwool panel: (Objective: 120 minutes retardation to be tested shortly).
