Production process
The various sandwich panels are produced using ultra-modern fully continuous machine. All the machining, such as the cutting of the insulation and the edge remodelling of the sheet steel, are carried out in one action.

The Unisol production line utilises very advanced additional equipment for the production of panels. This means we are able to mill the cross-cut edges of the polystyrene plates in a unique way and a protective film can be applied if required. There is a choice of different optical profiles.
Panel thicknesses range from 40 to 300 mm. In terms of length there is almost no restriction on production.
