The various sandwich panels are produced by means of an ultramodern fully continuous machine. All the machining, such as cutting the insulation, edge transformations of the sheet steel, etc. take place in one operation

This production line is also fitted with a number of highly advanced additional equipment for the production or rockwool panels and soundproof panels. For instance, the upper edges of the polystyrene panels can be milled by a unique method and a protective film can be applied if required. There is also a choice of different optical profiles. Panel thicknesses range from 35 mm to 300 mm and the panels can be produced in almost any length.
